Encapsulations
Encapsulations are the cadillac system of crawl space solutions. This solution takes our basic clean out and drainage solution to the next level!
The purpose of a crawl space encapsulation is to turn a damp, dreary crawl space into a pleasant, dry crawl space. The crawl space encapsulation process includes sealing off all foundation vents and covering the foundation walls with a reinforced wall liner. We then install a thick reinforced vapor barrier over the crawl space floor along with a dehumidifier to create a climate-controlled environment thereby eliminating future moisture, pest and mold problems.
What We Do
We place a membrane under the home like a vapor barrier but it is 100% sealed. We will also add a dehumidifier under the home to remove any additional moisture.
