We are seeking an experienced or entry-level Crawl Space Technician at our Shop located in McMinnville, Oregon.

Founded in 2010, we specialize in all things Crawl Space including wet crawl spaces, sump pump installation, dry rot repair, dig-out tight crawl spaces, post, beam, and structural repair, and foundations on pre-existing structures. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a related field is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and power tools required.
• Must have reliable transportation, our days start at 7:30 am in McMinnville, Monday-Friday in McMinnville, Oregon

Responsibilities

Our technicians assist the Project Foremen with crawl space repairs including;  foundations, structural repairs, wet crawl spaces, dig-outs, and installation of sump pumps, drainage pipes, posts and piers, and all things crawl space related! Crawlspace Technicians are also responsible for other tasks including but not limited to tool inventory and other errands as necessary. • Light carpentry • Hauling materials and debris • Light plumbing • Light masonry • Tool Inventory/Maintenance

Physical Demands

• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force.
• Ability to move in cramped and potentially wet crawl spaces up to 80% of the time.
• Must be mentally and physically able to work in challenging and demanding spaces daily.

Pay starts at $20 per hour depending on experience
