Your Crawl Space Guys Payment Terms and Conditions (Effective 12/20/2022)
- By Signing this agreement, I am acknowledging the following terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound to the terms and conditions as evidenced by my signature.
- I am acknowledging that I am the individual responsible for paying Your Crawl Space Guys for the project as defined in the quote detailed above.
- I agree to be physically present with payment in-hand on the day of scheduled work.
- I agree that if I am using financing (in-house or external, ex., loan, credit line/credit card), Bank to bank electronic Wire Transfer, I will submit payment to Your Crawl Space Guys at least 48 business hours before the project begins.
- I agree that if I will not be present on the final day of our scheduled repairs, I will submit payment to Your Crawl Space Guys at least 48 business hours before the project start date.
- I agree that If I need to cancel my project for any reason, I will notify Your Crawl Space Guys within 48 business hours before the project start date for a refund of no more than 80% of the money paid in advance.
